Vivek Shukla is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a strong focus on learning and development (L&D). As the Director of Premier Consultancy, Vivek brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the organization.
With a career spanning over 25 years, Vivek has held various positions in the guest service industry, ranging from five-star hotels to international food franchises and training institutes. His diverse background has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality sector.
Vivek’s passion for learning and development led him to take on the challenge of managing the global L&D needs of DEI (the company). Overseeing operations across 16 countries, he successfully led a team of six training managers and executives. Under his guidance, he established the L&D department from scratch, implementing effective training programs that catered to the specific needs of each region.
One of Vivek’s key strengths lies in his expertise in creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). He has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of consistency and quality in guest service and product delivery. His instrumental role in developing and implementing the QA (Quality Assurance) quality audit for guest service and product quality has helped organizations maintain high standards across the region.
Vivek is known for his passion for people and his ability to adapt seamlessly to diverse cultures.
